This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 01, 2009:
I think we need to start with love of ourselves unconditionally. When we start from inside, it is reflected outside. Our world mirrors back to us what is happening inside.

It’s not as mechanical as it seems to appear, in that YouTube effect, however, it does hold a strong influence for those of the less inclined.

She’s keeps looking outside of herself for self beauty/worth and when it is taken away, she is nothing. It has nothing to do with being mechanical. Just my humble opinion. I got a powerful message from the video.
